I used Typeform for a while and switched to Landbot. For conversational stuff and actual engagement, Landbot feels way more dynamic. Typeform is good for surveys, but for a bot, Landbot takes it.

Depends on your goal. If you want a super simple form, Typeform is fine. But for a real chatbot that feels like a conversation, Landbot's conditional logic and integrations are way better. I found people drop off less with Landbot's bots.

What's the deal with refunds? If I sign up for a paid plan and it's not working out after a month, can I get my money back?

I don't think they do refunds after you start. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but I'm pretty sure you're on the hook for the current billing period. So if you pay for a year, no refund if you cancel early.

Yeah, pretty sure it's no refunds. But you can just downgrade to the free tier or cancel your subscription so it doesn't renew next cycle. Better to try the free tier first to make sure it's a good fit.
